Melissa Brisbane is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Educator, Trainer and School Leader with 20 years’ experience working with women, young children and families in urban and multi
stressed environments. She holds a BA in Psychology from Spelman College with a minor in Spanish, a Master’s in Social Work from Howard University, and a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education from The George Washington University. She has experience across a wide range of educational and clinical settings to include behavioral health support for child development centers, special education programming, instruction and coordination, play therapy, professional development, coaching and school leadership.
