Serving as the company’s President & CEO, Jeff relies on his functional, education, training, and hands-on experience received over a 20-year military career, for Encore’s vision and mission. Jeff has earned an MBA in Management from the University of Columbus. Jeff and his team of dedicated professionals delivers his expertise and experience through actively seeking out the right individuals and placing them in the right positions on the very first day of the contract award. For the past four years, Jeff has led and managed an expert team of skilled professionals in Program Management, Administrative, Management and IT support for the Federal sector.
