Elizabeth Rapp is TIS Foundation’s Program Manager. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia, Elizabeth brings over fourteen years of experience in organization management and project leadership. She has been with TIS for more than a decade and oversees the foundation’s operations, program strategy, and the success of staff, consultants, and volunteers.
Elizabeth co-develops and monitors goals for each team member and leads the collective identification of challenges and solutions for the organization. A natural problem solver and detailed administrator, she helps shape and adapt the TIS Foundation’s mission to serve diverse communities and families everywhere.
